CETNIC is WCAAN's sole member NIC. It operates .cet and .cet.is through nic.cet and nic.cet.is.

A member TLD operated by CETNIC.

WCAAN decides that CETNIC's delegations belong in the root. CETNIC decides what is registered beneath them. Tan's Network runs the systems through which those decisions are published. Three jobs, held by three institutions, because combining them would merely make the boundary harder to see.
